Digital Hall Sensor

The digital Hall sensors are multi-functional digital output magnetic sensors designed with mixed signal CMOS technology. It integrates Hall elements, dynamic offset cancellation system, a programmable amplifier, a low power ADC and arithmetic algorithm logics in a single chip. Bop, Brp, operation mode and output data rate are programmable by I3C or I2C interface.

On-the-shelf software suite transforms magnetic strength to distance or angle between the magnet and the sensor.
Low power consumption, small package, and embedded algorithm are suitable to implement distance/angle gaging system in mobile, consumer, and industry applications.

Hall Switch

The Hall switch is one of magnetic switches integrating Hall element and control logic for dynamic offset cancellation, low power consumption, and temperature stability of the magnetic thresholds in a single chip. There are many derivative products with different operation mode, magnetic threshold level, and measurement rate.

The MXM1170 features small size WLCSP package and high accuracy for mobile and IoT applications. Operation mode, magnetic threshold and measurement rate can be customized by factory programming on customer’s request.

The MXM1260 features smallest size DFN package, nano ampere level current consumption and wide operating voltage. It is optimal contactless switch solution for battery-operating devices, which extend battery life dramatically regardless of battery type and number of batteries.

The MXM1280 and The MXM1250 are equipped with several protection functions. It supports for reverse voltage protection, overcurrent protection, under voltage lock out, and HBM 8kV ESD protection. The MXM1250 is qualified with AEC-Q100 qualification.
